Hi All,

When printing photos and illustrations the darker
parts flake off revealing the paper under. Cannot
get help from the vendor, gone bankrupt and the HP
website is difficult to navigate.
So please give me some advice on how to get better prints,
Iam using 160g glossy paper.

Just a thought here, Have you tried another type of paper? Some types of paper aren't really designed for inkjet printers. I use Kodak Premium High Gloss (for inkjet printers) and it works very well for me. It may be a problem with your printer but I doubt it.
Does this look like an OldGrumpyBastard or what?
