Hi everyone!

My name is Karen, and I'm from Windsor, Canada.

I am so happy that I found this site, as it has helped me sort through various computer problems in the past year or so, to much success!

I do seem to have a more complex situation going on now, and I will soon be posting in the Am I Infected? forum. I'm confident you guys will be able to help me out!

Looking forward to posting with you.

Karen
