big problem with site called easy-search.biz

I am old friend of this site
Members help me always to ignore problems
Today I have a new problem :
Every time when I turn on my computer and begin to access any program, many windows titled: ?Microsoft Network Information? appearance and suggesting some subjects such as: poker, refinance.online gambling... and sometimes window titled: ?Microsoft Windows Alert? appearance with message: Spyware Detected on your PC Remove it now?
In all of those windows, and although click cancel button , the Internet dialer start to connect web sites that related with this windows. And my Home page changed to: http://easy-search.biz.
This happen again and again . I can not using my computer correctly any more.
I have reinstall Internet Explorer, but this problem still there.
I have install Netscape instead of Internet Explorer, but this problem still there also.
Now I don can using my PC because this problem.
I hope you will help me to ignore it , and protect my computer from problems like this in future.
Note: I have widows 98 and Internet Explorer V.5 and Hijackthis V.1.98

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Then I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button:

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)
