Ok - so I finally got up the nerve to try building my first computer, & everything got delivered from Newegg a few days ago.

I bought this case -

RAIDMAX SAGITTA ATX-921WB Black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

it has 2 fans - one in the back & one on the side.

Both fans have 2 leads coming off them, 1 is female & 1 is male -
what are they for? Do I just connect the male up to a matching lead from the power supply? whats the other (female) for?

thanks much

you just connect the 4 pin cable from the PSU to the fan.The other connection is for if you want to plug something else in.

So I could plug one fan to the PSU, and the other fan into the female lead of the 1st fan?

thanks again

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
