When I try to print anything that is on the screen, images - print - graphics. I get 7 pages of fine print (what I would call computer speak - lots of <> and/.; and things like that.) I havent a clue how to put it back to how it was. I dont have a clue how it ended up like this. Would really appreciate some help. You guys have not let me down in the past.
P.S my son tells me this is html source code

Is this on a webpage that you are trying to print? Does it also do it while printing text? Easiest thing to do is to uninstall the printer and the software, then reinstall it. According to the directions, of course

Thanks for your reply. I dont think I gave enough information in my first post. If I print anything using adobe or publisher no problem. but if I try down loading anything, like for instance, information on a particular piece of equipment or an email attachment thats when the problem occurs. Hope thats helpful. Thanks

If you are using Internet Explorer and Outlook Express, try changing to Firefox and Thunderbird. This seems to have solved the issue for some people.
