Hello,
My computer seems to have a problem (why else would I be posting  ). I don't know what it is...Malware or software issue? When I run AVG 8.0 (recently updated from 7.9-but not sure if this is where problem originated), Spybot, or adaware I get a blue screen with Device Driver error, Stop Error and some dialogue basically telling me to restart computer or check it for errors (but doesn't really give a how-to guide). I was able to run CCleaner but it didn't fix the problem. I was able to update all (AVG, Spybot, CCleaner, and adaware with no problem....just running it causes blue screen/stop) Computer running slow, per husband. Can access internet and everything we access daily appears to work...but some are slow)

The error is this:

STOP: 0X0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X00000001, 0XE21B7E10, 0X00000000

Can you please help.
Thank you,
Lisa

Since you have posted a new HJT log, I'm closing out this post and your posting in the "Haven't Had A Reply..." forum.

As you can see, we are very busy in these forums dealing with the problems. Please be patient. Our HJT Techs will try to help you as soon as they able to do so.
