hello i need help days ago i ran a scan with webroot spy sweeper and the results was that i had a few spy cookies and a virus called virtum-gen i run sweeps quite often but every time i do it comes up that this virus is present but marked as always clean
i see it in my quarantine but when try to delete it nothing happens anyways frustrated and willing to try whatever to get rid of it i downloaded a few scans tried and nothing i tried starting my pc in safe mode and use vundofix still my problem now is my pc have these out burst of mini freezes every second and the found new hardware window keeps popping up even though i click it out it just keeps coming back pc runs slow but more of the freezes than anything else so if anyone can help i'll really appreciate it thanks .just need to know what should i do first

Please follow the instructions in this tutorial for posting a HijackThis Log.
Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log


After you have created it,post the log here HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal and NOT in this topic,thanks.

Click on New Topic and copy/paste the entire log into the reply. Give it a relevant title.
Once you have posted the log DO NOT reply to it or change it until contacted or advised to do so by the HJT Team tech.
