When I try to connect with the wireless network through Intel® PROSet/Wireless, the following error message appears:
"An internal database error occurred when saving/updating the profile"

What is an internal database error? What caused it? What can I do to resolve this?

Try the repair option for the Intel Pro Wireless Software in the Add/Remove Programs, choosing to remove any profile information left behind.

You can also uninstall the Intel Pro Wireless Software, and download fresh from your computer's support site
