After LavaSoft updated, it found Win32.Trojan.Agent. I deleted it once only to have it detected again by LavaSoft. After the 2nd deletion, everything went haywire leaving me with only internet. Every program has lost its file associations and is unavailable.

I was able to run ComboFix but ran into problems as well.
I've downloaded dss twice only to get a windows message; needing to know what program created it.

I was able to use Kaspersky's online scan and save the file identifying 2 viruses found with 3 infected objects: Trojan-Downloader.SWF.Gida.a % Infected: EICAR-Test-File however many objects were skipped, and identified as: Object is locked.

Please help!

Thanks,

RDR

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
