This thing came along with the red screen with the skull and crossbones that was removed with smit fraud fix. These two things were left. It is a screen that pops up and says System Integrity Scan Wizard. There is also another screen that pops up saying there is a trojan virus...

And then sometimes while i am working on the internet, my entire desktop disappears and goes blue, leaving only the window I was working in.

Hi

Download Deckard's System Scanner (formerly Comboscan) to your Desktop.

1. Close all applications and windows.
2. Double-click on comboscan.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
3. When the scan is complete, a text file will open - ComboScan.txt
4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of ComboScan.txt in your next reply.
5. A folder, C:\ComboScan, will also open. In it will be another text file, Supplementary.txt.
6. Please copy and paste the contents of Supplementary.txt to your post.

Please remember to post both txt files ...


Note: some firewalls may warn that sigcheck.exe is trying to access the internet - please ensure that you allow sigcheck.exe permission to do so.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy and Paste the entire report in your next reply.
