ok.. the first account i created, i used an email address that i changed. i have since forgotten my login to that account(on this forum) username and all, This is that account. since i canceled that email address, i cannot do a "whats my login" when i click here.

I am wondering if there is any way that (aside from doing anything illegal) i can figure out my login name. the rest SHOULD be just a case of which password did i use?

You could try System Information for Windows (SIW) and check under SECRETS for passwords used on that PC.

Either of the top 2 versions in the left pane will do. (One installs as usual, and the standalone version will run from where it is downloaded to.)
