A few days ago my computer got infected as I accidentally went to some website. My Norton did notify an issue but not sure if it actually prevented it from infecting my computer. The next day I noticed that a couple of my programs had issues. My SBC support tool errors out during startup and I can't log on to my online program at log on. I checked my taskmanager and noticed mrofino72.exe and ie.exe andthat triggered me that something is wrong. I have done the following: 1) Ad-Aware 2007 scan, Avira AntiVir scan, DSS, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware scan, SUPERAntiSpyware scan in safemode, and finally did a HijackThis scan. I probably overkilled the scan...dunno. The issues seemed to have gone away but not sure...too quite now. Here is my HijackThis log. Is my system clean? Is there anything else I need to worry about?

It looks like I am not clean yet. Just this morning, AntiVir (my Norton is not warning me at all) just warned me of CLBDLL.EXE is trying to infect my system. I have tried to quarantine it, delete it, and deny access but it just keeps on trying to infect. That AnitVir warning window just keeps poping up. I am going to run SAS or MAM again and see if it finds something.

Well that CLBDLL.EXE was some annoying bug. It just kept on making Antivir popup several times in a row to the point I had like 15 of AntiVir windows. I used a fixed used on others. I think I am good now.

Here is my DSS log. Is my system clean now?

Hello,

First you should know that you're actually doing more harm than good by running 2 Anti Virus programs. (Avira and Norton) When you do this both programs compete for resources, and the end result is neither does it's best and can cause system instability. I recommend that you choose the one you want to keep, update it, disable or uninstall the other one, and use it as an on demand only scan occasionally.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from one of these places:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Ant...ware_d5756.html
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
