What's the best spot to download the windows 2000 SP4 recovery console?

The recovery console can be accessed on from the Windows 2000 installation CD.

I know you can download the XP recovery console from MS as a series of floppies. I don't think they offer Win2000 though.

Where would you suggest I get a windows 2000 operating disk from??..As I'm in the process of restoring this computer. It's been upgraded from windows 98 2nd edition, to windows 2000. As the restore disk, i'm assuming will take it back to 98 specs, right?

You may be able to find a disk on ebay or similar sites. 2000 is out of production so only used disks are available.
