This new virus variant that disguises itself as a Microsoft XP SP2 update. Reading over the technical description, manually cleaning this one would require extensive work with REGEDIT due the extensive number of security setting altered. It should be noted that Microsoft never sends updates by email as you must download them or use Windows Update
