Hello all, I've been into PC computing for over 16 years now. I work in the Printer business, mostly setting up, installing and networking large photocopiers, and scanners.

I'm pretty good with most computer problems but specialise in network printers, faxes and scanners.

Hope I can help someone as well as getting help myself!

Hello everybody!

Considering the number of Members who have printer problems, I am sure your help would be greatly appreciated.
