Hi,

New user so please be patient!! I don't know what's the matter with my computer. I download programs. They work for a few days (maybe) then I have to re-download because they just stop working. Sometimes they work, but definitely don't work properly. I've had to re-download Firefox. One day it was working fine. Next day, nothing happened when I double clicked on the icon. Nothing. I downloaded Auotoruns from this site. It worked fine for a few days, then...nothing. Had to re-download. Computer also very slow. Am running Vista. I have Avast! anti-virus program, and Spyware Doctor anti-spyware (obviously!). Am using Windows Firewall. Can anyone help. I am a total novice when it comes to computers.

Thanks.
