i have and have run norton system works, spybot, ad-aware and cws shredder but none have been able to fix my problems. when i access the internet i have a million unwanted ie windows open and i can't seem to find the problem. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. located below is my hjt log.

Click on start, settings, control panel and double-click on add/remove programs. From with add/remove program uninstall the following if they exist:

Media Access

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode
