Big A
Welcome to BC
You are posting in 4 separate forums, mostly concerning the same problem(s). All this does is cause confusion for both you and the people trying to help you. I merged your 2 post in the Anti-virus protection methods and I'm closing your other 2. When you have solved the problems in your original thread and feel you still need to address the other 2, PM me and I will be happy to reopen them
This thread is closed for now

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
