Generic Host For Win32 Services Encountering Problem

i am getting connected to the net but after some time i am getting an message "generic host for win32 services encountering problem"please help.after this i am unable to connect to net.i have to restart my system

Open Device Manager and expand all of the +'s. Look for any yellow exclamation points. This usually indicates the problematic device. Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver can sometimes solve the problem. Also look in the Event Viewer for faults that happen around the same time as your problem
