Ram Memory- Need To Erase Before Selling?

I know it is dumm question but i replcaed my laptops ram memories with new ones. before selling do i need to delete the old ram in any way so the new guy can not see my personal data or there is no need - ram memory is deleted anyway nce the computer is off??

RAM used in PC's is Volatile unlike Flash Ram,Non-volatile, used in memory sticks.
Volatile RAM needs power to maintain the data. So once the power is removed the volatile RAM is erased.
