I have been asked by a friend to find out what's causing him to have a browser problem on his WiFi connection.

He can download his E-Mails & update all his protection software no problem, but when he starts either Internet explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox he cannot get a web page to come up ?

He is using:

Packard Bell (Easynote) Laptop

Running Windows XP

Belkin Router (ADSL2 Modem with Wireless G-Router)

Also running Norton Internet Security 2006

Other family members are having no problems with their Laptop Connections
to the same router.

Any ideas..

Cheers
