I recently installed the spybot. I putted the spybot-SD resident in activity but I opened an exe. and I allowed the the spybot-SD resident to put the components in the white list. That exe is very harmful.
Now I don't know how to put that components in the black list. I heard about to restore the backup but I don't find it.

please help me

Right click on the teatimer icon, and select exit.

Delete all the .reg files (only the.reg files though) in the following directory:

C:\documents and settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Snapshots

Then reboot to start teatimer again. It should now be reset.
