Do you happen to have a Netgear router? I found some references to Netgear interfering with MSN messenger.

I don't think so because it works fine with WLM Lite 8.5.
and just to let you know i am using msn through a proxy.

previously at home, i used a wifi network and after i did a cclean. i think it deleted some dll or host something like that.
and it's not working now.

I think it's ccleaner deleted something which makes msn not working. does anyone have any ideas what it deleted?

thank you!

1. It should be easier to help if you give as much information as you can. The less the information you give the less you elicit the (right) response.

2. De question was if you have a Netgear router. Do you use a router? If yes what type?

3. Does msn works if you don't use a proxy?
