Hello Colin, Welcome to BleepingComputer. I am having a slight issue as my searching is returning German forums I think and alas, I can just barely speak English. I can't identify these two items and as such we call them random named trojans. I would like you to look at them and if you do not know what they are, we will remove them.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vSZJF1] C:\WINDOWS\thiqpok.exe

If you are unsure, check the properties on the items, if you agree with me, then follow these directions.

1) Download CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/ I will tell you when to use it.

2) HJT.exe needs a folder. RIGHT click your mouse on a blank spot on the Desktop and make a new folder, call it HJT. Move HJT.exe and any logs there into that folder. We need this to store logs and backups for safety.

3) You have Microsoft AntiSpyware running and it may stop the fix we need to make with HJT, follow these instructions if needed:
To disable the program, follow the instructions below:
1.) Right click on the Microsoft Antispyware tray icon (a little red and yellow circle looking thing)
2.) Click on Security Agents Status (Enabled)
3.) Click on Disable Real-time Protection.

4) Open Task Manager then the Processes tab, locate and end process on this item:

5) Start HJT and "Do a system scan only" then check this line:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vSZJF1] C:\WINDOWS\thiqpok.exe

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows then click on "Fix Checked"

SHOW HIDDEN FILES: Follow the instructions in the follow link to enable hidden files for your operating system.
You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.

RIGHT click on Start then click on Explore, locate and delete these files:

C:\WINDOWS\switpb.exe >>> file

C:\WINDOWS\thiqpok.exe >>> file

Run CCleaner

Restart the computer then surf a bit to see how it is running. Stay in this thread and post a new log along with any comments you think I should have.

Since we are dealing with possible trojans, while you wait for my log check, I would like you to run this free online trojan scan. Let me know if anything is located...expecially anything located that can't be fixed. I need the exact name and location of any such item.

I will post this now, but do not use it until you are clean. If a trojan got in System Restore and you have to use it in the future you could get infected again. This process will purge SR and remove anything bad that might be there:
