Anyone Know How To Capture Flash Video To Avi Or Burnable?

i need help getting an adobe flash clip on bbc web site so i can put it on dvd with nero. any ideas? the clip is not downloadable. thanx

I think you'll find that the BBC protects video clips with DRM (Digital Rights Managenent). I don't know of a free program that will allow you to download a DRM protected clip.
