:trumpet:

How do i upload the screen print so I can show you?

Hello! I received quarantine message this morning. Have been unable to find information about it.
When it first showed me the message, it said also in Documents. I ran another scan in safe mode.
Results were the same. I don't see that it was quarantined from C:\Documents.
Computer is running very slow even after following steps to clean up and defrag always tells me does not need it or tells me it was unable to defrag some, and looking at that, I don't have a clue what it means.

IE7 won't even start up.
Firefox (is updated) many times shuts down on me.
Computer freezes up every time I use it.

And, you don't even want to hear the rest! :inlove:

Thank you!

Deb
  • still trying to figure out how to post the word.doc info on the virus so i can find out if all was quarantined  (it would not let me save it as .txt)
