If you're getting help from another site, they're probably busy as well. There are a lot of people they're tending to, so just be patient. They'll get to you soon enough.
As for the programs... sacrifices must be made if you want to clean your PC. Time is one of them I'm afraid
I suggest you just stick with that site. If you receive help from both ends it could end up confusing and worsen the situation.

The origin of myths is explained in this way." - Bertrand Russell

I have to second Skyfuser's suggestion. All help forums in today's Internet world, have a queue of people submitting HJT logs awaiting help, simply because the number of qualified and volunteer experts are far fewer than the number of people seeking help getting rid of their malware infections. Submitting a log here will thus not necessarily get you help faster, will require double the effort at two places by those offering to help, and could cause a lot of confusion when their fixes collide with one another.
You might want, in the meantime, to take a look at the "slow computer checklist" linked to below, and if you have not already done so, review steps 2,4,5,6,7 (these most likely will not invalidate the data submitted in your log or require running a new one).
Regards,
John

Hello and welcome to BC
Can you give us any more information about your computer, this might help us tell you why your computer is slow.
Also, please read the link that Skyfuser provided for you. Also this might be a malware that's affecting your computer, unfortunatly I can't help you with any Malware promblems but you can post this form in the "Am I infected" forum.
Note: Please do not PM me asking for help, instead please post it in the correct forum requesting for help. Help requests via the PM system will be ignored.

If I'm helping you and I don't reply within 48 hours please feel free to send me a PM.

The help you receive here is always free but if you wish to show your appreciation, you may wish to Posted Image.
