 When I turn my computer on it runs fine until it gets to the windows welcome screen. It then comes up with a notice saying insufficient API and then reboots. The last time i was on my computer it kept saying not enough memory delete stuff which i tried and then it was fine until I turned it on today. I have tried pressing F8 and trying all the options from the list but it just turns off and on again :@ please help
