I am trying to remove the spyware: Antispyspider.com

It changes my background to a red alert saying: Your computer is under spyware attack. Your comptuer is infected by anonymous program.

The startup page for IE has been hijacked to: c:\windows\homepage.html and <hxxp://antispyspider.com/100>

I have tried running Spysweeper, Spybot, Ad Aware, AVG Antivirus and it removes traces of stuff but keeps coming back. I have also ran smitfraud fix several times. But once I reboot it comes back. PLEASE HELP!

I have attached my log.
