I apologize for being vague in the Title and Description, but lately, I've been getting blue screens containing the same error. I don't know whether or not this is caused by a virus, so I couldn't post an infection type in the title. The blue screen says:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Technical Information:
***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x001201c3, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xAF7711B6)

Each time, it suggests I turn off shadowing and caching on my motherboard. I went to the official forums for my motherboard (ASUS A8N-SLI SE) to find out how to do so, but apparently, disabling caching and shadowing is not an option available on my motherboard. On those forums, I was told this might be a driver problem, and that I should run HijackThis and post a log on these forums to see if a virus has caused this driver problem. So here I am, and here are my logs:
