What form are you trying to download? Can you provide the URL so I can attempt to duplicate the problem? Can you copy and paste instead?

Looks like a pdf file. You can tell by the name of the file when you download the form ends in ".pdf". This means you need Acrobat Reader to open it.

The reader is freely available from many sources on the internet - just do a search on "Adobe Acrobat download" or go to www.adobe.com.

I'd recommend you use version 5.0 if its still available as later versions use far too much multimedia web linked stuff which slows down older systems. Just a personal preference

Soltek QBIC, Pentium 4 3.0GHz, 512MB RAM, 200GB SATA HDD, ATI Radeon 9600XT 256MB, Netgear 54Mb/s WAP, ridiculously expensive Satellite Broadband
Windows XP Home SP2, Trend Micro Internet Security, Firefox, Thunderbird, AdAwareSE, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, A-squared Free, Ewido Security Suite.

Hi

Did download Adobe Acrobat Version 5.0 and that seems to have solved the problem.

Many Thanks!
