I went to the website and was excited, but it didn't work. I contacted Dell and still can't reinstall itunes. I'm not getting error 1327 invalid drive F, I'm getting error 1606 could not access network location %userprofile%\my pictures. I'm waiting for Dell to contact me by phone. I told them that I wasn't having any problems until I installed the memory and optical drive I got from them.
