PC using XP Pro all up to date etc etc can log on to website, can view all sorts of pdf documents except for brochures. Tried adding add ons, tried removing updates, went back to IE6 from 2007, installed Firefox instead and all to no avail. Adobe products all updated - all I get on IE6 is the progress bar then a blank page with done at the bottom. With Firefox just get egg timer then the same page I selected the document from.....it's driving me nuts!

What happens when you download the .pdf files and attempt to open them from your hard drive?
Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one should be silent.

Clear your temp internet files, closes your browser reopen it and try again.

If that doesn't work. Clear your temp files and reinstall adobe.

If that doesn't work consider foxit pdf reader.
