Okay, so here is the problem. It developed about two weeks ago. First it was just every now and again, now its every re-boot.
I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S4211, When I reboot, i have no USB, or Wifi, or Wired network capabilities. I go into the device manager, uninstall them, add new hardware to reinstall them, and bingo they work until the next reboot.
When i first boot up, they are listed in the device manager, but have that neat little yellow ! next to it.
Any help out there, im gettin tired of having to go through this every time I boot back up.

Thanks!

BTW - Windows XP is running.
