I am having trouble with shutting my Sony Vaio laptop down at night. Sometimes it takes as long as two hours to shut off. I am getting an error message that says, "ccSycHst" error. I use Cybersitter for parental control. I don't know if that has anything to do with this? Thanks for any feedback.

Try uninstalling your Norton products. Make sure you install a replacement before connecting to the web again (so download it before uninstalling Norton).
