Computer Problems.

Hello, my computer has been not working since I replaced the Boot files and other important files with that of a time my computer had all sorts of trojans, root-kits, and viruses. Also the whole computer was backed up and all the files were still there in a folder called My backup... http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/140354/broken-xp/. Now the computer is freezing, going slowly, can't open programs and files, access is denied while administrator to my own files, locked log-in screen, can't log-out, Wrong BOOT.ini (since I replaced it), recovering from serious error, strange noises, and much more.

I also have a strange folder called Gzz7MfIV and it's a big folder taking up 12gb with two unknown files. Please help
