I found where you had posted about an earlier problem. Is this the computer you are needing the video drivers for?

my computer is...

Gateway E-2000 4000792

Board: Intel Corporation D845GRG AAA86577-301

BIOS: Intel Corp. RG84510A.15A.0020.P10.0209110952 09/11/2002

that's a professional model and you'll need the 10 digit serial number, most people are saying to use the E-2100 drivers

the only reference I could get was on the fcc sticker on the back of your computer

I must of looked for 10 minutes before I found the E models over at someone else's site, it's like they subbed it out?

no that would be your certificate of authenticity

since I can't see your computer you need to identify it from here

good luck

there are lots of newer drivers listed but i would be guessing which one to use, this is not something you guess at

this is getting rediculous

let's just forget about gateway and go to intel and look there

is this your board?

http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/rg/

if so then I would only use the chipset driver(which may already be included with xp sp2?)

Chipset: Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility for Intel®

http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Filter_Res...mp;submit=Go%21

but what you need for ceertain is the onboard video>

3. Video: Intel® Extreme Graphics Driver (5410KB
