I used to have a Lexmark printer which worked fine with my Dell for awhile. At some point it began printing some documents in a shade that is not really a grayscale but more of a faint blue color. I couldn't ever get it changed and finally got so frustrated that I purchased an HP J5750 All-in-One at Costco.

It worked fine for awhile but today when I went to print my tax forms, they came out in that same bluish color. I cleaned the cartridges. I printed a test page which looks fine. I aligned the cartridges. I changed the color to grayscale and then the page that prints is blank.

I have no idea what the problem is here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
