Canon: SmartBase MP700 Photo

When I print Word docs, typing that is meant to be red prints in yellow. I've followed maintenance schedule (nozzle check pattern, head cleaning & alignment). On the nozzle check there is no magenta showing but that cartridge is definitely full. The general printing quality is also poor; horizontal lines through black script.

Any suggestions please?

Hi, the magenta is faulty, if you are having issues are the ink tanks genuine? If they are not you may a have a faulty batch or have you checked your print settings so they are not set to fast or economy.
