hi can any one help me with a problem my services keep on restarting no virus has been picked up but i downloaded somthing last night and didnt scan it thats when i started getting problems help me please !!!!

What do you mean when by "my services keep on restarting "?
What did you download and (silly question time) was it something you installed after downloading?
What programs have you used to scan your computer?
More details are needed if we are to help you.

im using nod32 antivirus and firewallnew one

downloaded system mechanic and nod32 picked up a trojan and quarinteened it but still got trough

task bar at the bottem of the screen disapeers then comes back, comtuter is slow because when the bar dissapeers it restarts all my running programmes(mouse and keybaord ad-aware sound graphics)it restsrts every 5-8 seconds, cant open any files as they close when sevices restart.

i managed to fix the problem it was a trojan called vundo
