Sunshinespy, Virusblast.exe All On My Computer But Don't Appear To Be Affecting It

hi. yes i have all the latest definitions. it WAS disabled, but it was uninstalled and then reinstalled, and now it works perfectly as far as i am aware, WITH all the latest updates. however when i do a full scan it scans through these oddly named programs without detecting them, it appears as though norton does not think they are dangerous, although the names and a few internet searches suggest they are. very strange.
