I Am Infected With Virtumonde

I have Been getting spyware for some time now and it even shut off one of my computer profiles. I have scanned my computer with Spybot S&D and i have seen Virtumonde and Virtumonde.dll. Spybot always says it doesnt have enough memory to fix it so i can't get it off.

According to the log, your anti-virus program is out of date - Norton AntiVirus 2005.

Please tell me how long it's been since you were able to update this program?
