Win 2000 Won't Boot

My Desktop Computer has suddenly stopped booting.

It gives 1 beep when I turn it on then it stays on the first screen
Stating the Phoenix Bios TYAN Trinity
The Main Processors Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz

But won't let me into the start up screen or do anything else.

HELP

Switch off. open the case, unplug and replug everything except CPU. Especially the RAM.
