Video Stop 'n' Starting All The Time

When I try and play a video from say Utube or youtube it stops and starts every 6-8 seconds making watching the video very disconcerting, What can I do to make it play continuly ?

You probably need to update Flash at this link. BTW, a new version was released yesterday.

I downloaded that Flash (Computer said I already had it any way but reloaded it anyway) and did a restart but I'm still getting much the same problem might be slightly less stopping and starting that;s all.

It's not you. It's the website. The video tries to play while the website is still loading. When I loaded the website, closed it and then reopened it, it was cached and it played fine. It would be better if the video didn't start until after the website loads. It would probably work better if you used Youtube directly.
