Hidden Firewall Problems

as the topic states, im having a problem with a firewall
that i cant seem to find since i have no firewall applications on my
computer and the windows firewall is turned off. it is restricting
incoming connections such as game update apps, limewire,
utorrent, etc. but i still can connect to the web; i don't know
what information might be helpful so if anyone has an idea
or needs more info then reply with specifics you would like to see
ill edit the post
