I have Windows XP Prefessional Version 2002 (SP 2) installed in my PC. Of late i have observed that on booting the PC, after login a "Run time error 32 at 0040BB04" message pops up which keeps repeating every 3rd second and closes after choosing close button on this pop up.

When I try to open Internet Explorer (6.0), the window opens and hangs for 3-4 minutes before giving the message "The page can not be displayed". I have checked my LAN settings and they all are OK as used to be previously.

Also even if I do not open I Explorer after booting, the task manager shows atleast 2 of them running, one of them occupying around 19000 K memory and the other one around 8000 K memory.

If I use computer for 1-2 Hr duration, IE automatically pops up showing URL ht tp://jj.gxgxy.net/html/qb2.html . This also never gets connected. Here, it is worth noting that I have never intended to open this URL.

I installed "Opera" today. This also hangs and gives same information "The page can not be displayed" after 4-5 minutes hang.

Please guide me, how can i come out of this situation?
