Hello all I'm having a problem with the mouse on the laptop I'm writing this from. It is a Dell Latitude D620 and the motherboard and keyboard have both been replaced twice. However, the mouse will not move when using the pointer or the trackpad. When a USB mouse is connected, everything works fine. While comparing with another D620, I noticed that the mouse options in the control panel are missing several tabs that the other laptop has.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
