Buddy has a laptop that has ran for three years untouched. Probably has multiply background apps and services running. I need some tutorials I can email him to show him step-by-step how to freshen his computer up. Also if you could give me an order he should go through in the cleaning up process would be great (i.e 1. defrag, 2. close unnecessary services, etc.)

Thanks so much!!!
