Hello quicksilver23 and welcome to BleepingComputer.

I find no information on 'Hardware Clock Driver (hwclock)'. Is this a known program to you?

Configure Windows to enable viewing of Hidden and System files.

Start HJT and click on the SCAN button. Put a check mark in front of the following lines if they still show:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Windows Processe Manager] mspn32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SDKCORE COMPONENTS] SDKC0RE.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OpenGL] OpenGL.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Windows Processe Manager] mspn32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [SDKCORE COMPONENTS] SDKC0RE.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [OpenGL] OpenGL.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Windows Processe Manager] mspn32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SDKCORE COMPONENTS] SDKC0RE.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\RunServices: [Windows Processe Manager] mspn32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\RunServices: [SDKCORE COMPONENTS] SDKC0RE.exe

With ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, click on Fix Checked.

Use Windows Search to locate the following files and delete them: (Would expect them to be in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\system32 folders)

mspn32.exe
SDKC0RE.exe

If any of these resist being deleted, boot into Safe Mode and try from there.

Reboot normally and post a new HJT log.
