Hello,

I am trying to figure out why my mozilla won't let me access yahoo mail. I have made a log PRIOR to having mozilla open with the yahoo mail error and after it. This log is for while I had yahoo mail shut down on me, a pop says "mozilla.exe" and stuff about how it needs to close. The DIFFERENCE between the two logs is LINE 17. It is not present in the log before mozilla was open.
Please help,
Thanx Aeon

PS don't ask me about IE, it's been killed a long time ago. I cannot even open yahoo on it let alone yahoo mail.

Hi aeon flux and welcome to the BC forums. After reviewing your log I see no problems that would cause the issues you describe. What exactly does the error message say? Did this just start happening or have you always had this problem with Yahoo mail? When you talk about LINE 17 what line specifically are you talking about? The line with 017 are the dns servers for Bell Canada and are legitimate entries.

I use Firefox with Yahoo mail without any problems and Firefox is Mozilla-based so I don't see Mozilla as being a problem.

Please post back with as much detail regarding this problem as you can. Include the specific error message, any new programs that were installed/uninstalled prior to this problem starting or anything else that is pertinent. I will review the information when it comes in and see if there is something that we can do.

Cheers.

Hi aeon. To copy and paste the messages just open up the Word document and highlight the text you want to copy. Then press the Ctrl key and the a key at the same time. This will copy the text to the clipboard. Then come here and click the Add Reply button, click in the edit window and press the Ctrl key and v key at the same time to paste the text into the response window.

Add any additional information regarding the problem.

Cheers.

Hello Old Timer

I can't seem to copy anything

I does not work, I can copy it from word because it disappears from the page, but I can't get it to paste on here.
